How payment works — you approve before you pay

You review the finished website first. Payment is requested only after you approve, through a secure link.

Tendso never asks for payment up front. The order is always: build first, approve, then pay.

The steps

  1. The creator finishes your website and sends you the draft to review.
  2. Once you approve it, you receive a secure payment link with a unique reference code.
  3. You pay the amount shown. When the payment is confirmed, your website goes live on its public address.
Keep your reference code with your payment — it is how we match your payment to your website automatically.

If you have any trouble with a payment link, contact support and we will sort it out before anything goes live.
